Corbett Maths has been a very instrumental part of the Maths education of my daughters who have ended up with Grade 9s in Maths and Further Maths.We started using Corbett Maths for my eldest daughter in 2018 when she was in Year 8. It was recommended by one of her Maths Teachers as a way to improve outside of the normal school work.The 5-a-day became a staple part of our lives. Seeing how much it benefitted my eldest daughter I started my younger daughter immediately on a lower level of questions.The 5-a-day are such a fantastic resource. The random nature of the topics on each day allows any weaknesses to be found and further help can be found with the excellent videos.I honestly can't believe that this resource is available for free. In my opinion this has been as helpful (probably more helpful) than a private tutor.We were using the on-line 5-a-day questions for a while, but purchased the books and flash cards after about a year. The reasoning behind that was mainly as a way to pay some money to Corbett Maths for the amazing product they have provided.I see someone else mentioning that John Corbett should be given a Knighthood. I think I agree; if Joe Wicks got an MBE for doing a few PE lessons during lockdown then it is the least that is deserved for providing amazing Maths lessons for 12 years.So, thankyou Corbett Maths. My daughters have achieved Grade 9s in GCSE and Further Maths while attending State School. I am certain that this would not have been possible without your website.
