Awful customer experience in the Killarney store. I paid for extremely expensive carpet for our new home and while I was promised the most flexible service what I got was quite the opposite. I paid for carpet three months in advance due to price increases and when I asked Greta if there would be an issue in pushing out the fitting date, I was told no issue at all. Like everything right now there is a delay which means dates changes, I asked Greta and Bernard would they change the date for a second time as our stair case hadn’t been fitted. I was told under no circumstances as they had already changed the date once. I paid nearly 9K which the carpet is not worth that. I was appalled at how unfriendly they are after they took your money, Bernard the carpet fitter couldn’t of been more rude on the day! I have been also dealing with Harvey Norman and DID and changing dates has never been an issue! Save your money and shop in a more customer friendly store!
