I placed my order on December 10 and had to pay upfront before any intake forms. After five business days with no updates on shipment, I became concerned. All phone calls went to voicemail, and I never received a callback. Text responses were unhelpful, and emails took multiple attempts to get generic replies. After 10 days, I requested a refund and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I managed to get a refund, but I doubt I would have without taking these steps. I suspect this service is a scam, so proceed with caution.
