I was charged on December 2nd and told I would receive my order in 3-5 business days. Now it's December 22nd, and I still haven't received anything. I've been given nothing but excuses and have neither the product nor my money back. This service is a scam. I've called and emailed for two weeks, but nothing has changed. They even claimed UPS was behind on pickups, which is hard to believe after three weeks.
