If you received your order, consider yourself lucky! I failed to research beforehand and I'm quite frustrated. I repeatedly requested updates on the pictures I uploaded five times, yet they have been 'under review' since January 7th. I've asked for a refund multiple times, and today I was offered a $50 credit for a service I paid over $1700 for over a year. I have called and emailed seeking a refund, only to be told that the small company is overwhelmed, but I might receive a refund today after my eighth request, only to be offered that $50 credit again. I've filed a chargeback with my bank. Stay away! I truly believe that unless my bank helps me recover my funds, I'm out over $1700 for good! 🤦🏼♀️
