This company is a tangled web of providers. I left message after message with the Coreage AI CSR which is terribly frustrating. The issue I am trying to resolve is that I didn't receive all the product that I ordered-only got one month. When I did speak with someone from Coreage they were completely unhelpful and full of attitude, probably because they are dealing with angry people all day long. This person told me to call the pharmacy because that who has my order. I did that and they were great. They don't know anything about Coreage but told me the prescribing clinic was something called Hydreight Technologies. I called them and it went straight to voicemail. The pharmacy also gave me an email for something ending in healthcareprosoftgpo. WTH! Who am I actually dealing with here?! Some people may have had a great experience, but I did not and have not felt like I've been treated like my concerns are valid in any way. I strongly suggest you go a different route.
