My package was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address, and despite providing proof, CoreAgeRx kept giving me contradictory responses. One person said the package was delivered and that was the end of it. Another apologized and said they would fix it. Then someone else told me to “deal with FedEx myself.”
I spent countless hours going back and forth with no resolution. Their phone system is an AI that leads nowhere, and no one at CoreAgeRx actually takes responsibility or follows through.
Only after I finally disputed the charge with American Express did I receive a phone call — suddenly apologizing and offering me a $100 credit, but only if I committed to a 12‑month supply. Completely unacceptable.
Between the lost medication, the runaround, the lack of accountability, and the pressure to buy more just to get a partial credit, this has been a horrible experience from start to finish.
