At this point, if I could give this company a -5 stars, I would. First of all, they did not overnight the meds to me so it sat un-refridgerated for 5 days. Then I noticed the needles were half the size of my current glp-1 through another company. I had sent the prescribing doctor photos of the existing glp-1 and the dosage instructions showing how much I was taking when I was placing my order so there’s no excuse for the doctor getting my dosage so wrong. Now I can’t get anyone to answer me. At all. The provider responded once saying essentially oh, oops, let me reach out to customer care support and then never heard back. I’ve also emailed their customer care support and no one is responding. I just need to know how much medicine I should be taking. While experience has been incredibly disappointing and difficult.
