I had trouble with the installation; the explanation was not too clear for me I am new to the newer technology since so much has changed. I do like that there is a manual that you can read in a booklet form compared to reading it online, esp. when you are unable to go online since your getting started loading your laptop. Though I haven't used it much yet. I am still in the learning process. The laptop is functional. But, the laptop is very different from my last laptop. It's going to be an adjustment for me. But, so far so good. It's a fair laptop it's how I rate it.
