I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This has been one of the most distressing and frustrating experiences I have ever encountered.Communication was consistently poor, with a significant lack of clear and timely information throughout the process. Matters progressed very slowly and appeared to be delayed until the very last possible moment, which created unnecessary complications. As a result, my entire chain was put at serious risk and made nearly impossible to manage.The situation caused me considerable stress and anxiety, including a panic attack. Additionally, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, impolite, and at times arrogant.Overall, the experience fell far below acceptable standards, and I cannot recommend their services.
