At a loss to explain the completely unprofessional behaviour from Sally Hare and her team. After seven months no progress was made on our conveyancing. Our emails were ignored. Requests for phone calls and voicemails ignored. When you telephone reception they will in no circumstances put you through to your solicitor. We have been forced to engage new solicitors, who have achieved in five weeks what Core Legal could not in over six months. I cannot understand how an apparently professional firm can behave in this manner. I would not recommend them in any way - they have put us and the entirety of our chain through unimaginable stress.
