Avoid like the plague. We started a straightforward cash purchase in July 2023. We were asked twice for various information they had already received. If you asked to speak to the conveyancer you were put through to another unanswered phone where you had to leave a message saying they would contact you. They never did. We eventually completed in September 2023 then it took them until March 2024 to send information to Land Registry. After many queries I was told in August 2024 that the registration had come back that very morning! So that was 10 months without any deeds. By then my husband had died. They were so slow and inefficient the whole process was far more stressful then it needed to be.
