Absolutely shocking. Started off with them not replying for weeks at a time and sending off incomplete forms to our house buyers solicitors.4 months into the house sale and constant chasing up if all documents are up to date, and they tell us that we haven't even completed ID checks fully which were supposed to be done 4 months ago. Sent contracts to wrong email addresses and never chased up.The DIRECTOR of the company Matthew, told me I was being "vague" when asked if ALL PAPERWORK was completed. Took 10 angry emails to finally get him to check what was outstanding which turned out to be pretty much everything apart from initial enquiries.How this company still operates is beyond me.
