Son and fiancé are first time buyers and sellers are using Core Legal. Small chain but still no completion in sight after 6 months on what was meant to be 12 weeks. Core Legal don’t reply to emails or phone calls and just delay from one week to the next with no action being taken. Absolutely horrendous firm who have no regard even for their own client let alone the buyers. So much time has been wasted and the mental stress is rediculous and so unnecessary. Please don’t use them.
