Zero stars. The worst service I have ever had. They ignored my calls, my voicemails and my emails. When I begged the receptionist to help me because for weeks I couldn’t get a reply from anyone she told me she was too busy and had other calls to answer. I sent emails asking for some sort of communication. I called and it went to voicemail continuously and never received a call back. When another solicitor within core legal emailed me back after begging for help she just said she could not access my files and I’ll have to wait for jordanna to return. Everything dragged out unnecessarily and nothing gets done unless you call them but honestly they are a terrible company. Would not recommend them. I’m still waiting on a reply after two weeks of calling 10+ times and sending emails. But nothing. Feeling so fed up with lack of communication and the fact no one seems to want to help.
