Unfortunately, the system does not allow me to give 0 stars.Worst service ever! The entire team is incompetent and unprofessional.The only way to get them to do any work was by calling Purple Bricks.They sat on information for ages and I nearly lost my purchase on the top of the chain. They kept blaming each other internally as my case switched hands 4 times.I was at their mercy for months, and due to the way the entire process is rigged, I could not get help anywhere.
