If I could give minus 10 I would. This firm are shocking, they have no idea how to communicate! You ring you leave messages you email them but they just don’t answer you! They lose paperwork and don’t care. I know solicitors on average are taking 5 months at present. But these are a joke. There is nothing professional about them. This company have made selling my house a headache. My solicitor is amazing these are the solicitors my buyer is using. My buyer is now in a hotel as they have missed deadlines given to them for when we wanted to complete. Working in an estate agents I am aware of timescales and expectations, but if you want a hassle free journey with a solicitor that knows how to communicate you would be wise not to use these! Avoid these at all costs as all you will get from them is silence! This company made selling a house the most stressful experience of my life and I still haven’t completed yet! Just don’t use them, pay double or triple anywhere else it will be worth it. Just don’t use them!
