Appalling service from start to finish. Emails and phone calls ignored for weeks. Paperwork sent out with incorrect address. Payments not recorded correctly. It is not an online service as advertised, everything needs to be posted and certified at additional cost. It took nearly 2 months for someone to give us details of where to send a formal complaint; and even then it was only a postal address given over then phone. Avoid. More stress and hassle than they’re worth.
