If I can give them zero starts I would!!! Completed sale of property Oct 2022, After months of no response and Core legal missing first exchange date. By Feb 2023 they hadnt submitted application to land registry. By July, I asked different solicitors to chase up my application and was informed that Land registry sent a request to Core Legal and never got any replies, they were issued a warning of cancellation of registration and they still never replied, application was cancelled in May and I wasn’t informed!!! They are a nightmare, avoid at all cost
