If you want to save a few bobs at the price of your sanity go ahead.But be warned, don't be in a hurry, they will do the work at their own pace and we are not talking days nor weeks here, but months.What should have taken a couple of months took 18 months!! And was only done after contacting the seller to find out what their solicitor needed, as them too were not getting any reply from Sally's team.I kept informing and reminding them about what they were supposed to do and never did !!They will never, ever, call or email you.My solicitor was Sally Hare and she would never , ever, ever answer the phone when I called her. And I mean never ! Unless you call them a dozen times a day and then she will tell you off for harassing their staff !!!!But most of their receptionists are very nice people.Sally never read or replied to my emails until i eventually managed to talk to her assistant on the phone, the way I have just explained above.I felt a little sorry for the assistant, Dawn, as she basically told me she was overworked but still that is not a reason for causing people undue huge amount of stress!! When you ask them about your email to them still awaiting a reply, they will answer _'we receive hundreds of emails a days" I don't have time to read them all !!!If you express your disagreement with their work ethics, or lack of it, after you manage to speak to them on the phone they' ll threaten you or, either be rude to you or they will put the phone down.I have developed high blood pressure over the course of 18 months of dealing with them.It is not worth it. I should have heeded the advice of the terrible reviews I read about them on here.Go find another solicitors firm.
