I had car at the end of March / start of April 2026. The first car was delivered on time to the agreed location, which I appreciated.However, it had a serious safety issue. The driver’s seat belt was faulty — it would not retract and left about an extra meter of slack, dropping onto my lap. After I reported it, I was told: “yes the driver seat belt not returning,” which means they were already aware of the problem before giving me the car. Supplying a vehicle with a known safety fault is completely unacceptable.After a few days of driving, I also noticed additional hidden issues that made the car feel unsafe, so I requested a replacement. Texted that the car needs to go to the garage not on the road. The second car was a little bit better. The front windscreen washer did not work at all (only the rear worked), which affects visibility and safety. On top of that, the brakes were noisy, raising further concerns about maintenance.Overall, this experience showed a lack of proper vehicle checks and attention to safety. Very concerned customer!!!
