Almost a month ago I bought a colony of Dubia Roaches from Cork Bark UK. It never arrived (waited over a week) so I contacted them and they told me they don't even sell it anymore but still had the listing on their website and had taken my money without checking they could fulfill the order. Chased them again for the refund (over £50) and they told me their account department would issue the refund. Nearly 2 weeks later and I still haven't got my refund. I'm not one to complain but I could really use that £50 and they haven't been the most apologetic about the whole incident, and in general are fairly blunt. Not happy, please just refund me what I am due.EDIT: They did finally refund me over 3 weeks on from my initial complaint, but I had to send them a legal breach of contract letter before they reached out to me. No apology at all either, just asked for my bank details. Wouldn't recommend.
