I was in Zurich as part of European trip and I’ll be totally honest and say I was not intending to buy a Cornavin watch. We stopped by their shop/office, which was under renovations and could not even enter the area because of safety reasons. I was greeted by the Cornavin owners in the hall who were just wonderful. Yes the owners, how cool!! I asked if they had any automatic’s watches and they showed me the last of their Rose Gold/black Skelton Watches (Sk. 03 R). It was love at first sight. They changed the strap for me (and actually included the original leather strap too as part of the deal). The watch is amazing. Well constructed, unique and just a work of art. It’s a fantastic addition to my collection and the whole purchase story behind it makes it very special indeed!
