I think it started with the customer service you were able to get through the app as far as the scheduling of the product.I would write the quality of the actual gummy that’s very high as it does maintain it shape and it does chew up a real nice no big chunky parts it dissolves nicely.I am switching right now from a smoke oriented to more of a gummy oriented and perhaps some of the other oils so this is a good place to go. I’ve tried several.
