This service is for contractors who are working in public roads, not for home owners who want to see what services are on their property. I paid £73 in good faith but didn't read all of the small print. The reports received only covered the services in and around my address not on my drive and front garden. The reports are detailed but lack the vital information that I needed. Apparently no one can give you that sort of detail, so when the builders start digging up my drive I hope they don't damage any pipes, cables etc. Before contacting this company I called severn trent to ask where the sewage pipes left my drive. They couldn't tell me but gave me the details of this company. I am just pointing out to other home owners that this service is not for them. I am sure that for bigger projects they provide an excellent service. I was simply trying to warn others to read the small print and to be out of pocket, the reports I received were as far as they went very comprehensive but did not give the info that I needed. As such I have revised the stars to 4.
