Hello. Love the product, but it strikes me that the mugs were fired in a 'hot spot' in the kiln, and as a result, the backstamp has virtually burned out, on both mugs. Wouldn't have normally complained, but £40 for 2 mugs and a long waiting list left me with some post-purchase dissonance.
