On the evening of December 26th, 2025, my partner called for an ambulance, and the representative on the line was incredibly pleasant. The ambulance arrived within minutes, and though I wish I could remember their names, they were quick, knowledgeable, and kind. I was experiencing a heart attack, and thanks to their swift transport to the cardiac institute, my life was saved. My family and I are immensely grateful for their efforts, especially during the snowstorm and terrible road conditions that night. I hope they see this and know how much we appreciate them.
