On Friday, November 28th, 2025, I called for assistance and spoke with a wonderful representative who was kind and asked all the right questions. He recommended that I call for an ambulance. Within 45 minutes, they arrived, smiling and non-judgmental. They were thorough, testing everything twice, and provided excellent support.
