On the evening of December 26th, 2025, my partner called for an ambulance, and the representative on the line was incredibly pleasant. The ambulance arrived within minutes. Although I wish we had their names, they were not only friendly but also quick and knowledgeable. I was experiencing a heart attack, and their rapid transport to the heart institute in Ottawa truly saved my life.
