This has been the worst experience ever . They make everything sound so good and all the things that could happen most usually don't happen, but it did and there was no urgency to resolve the matter. SO, I have since fired them and and hired someone else. Do not ever go with a company that wants you to put money into an escrow account. They only care about how long they can hold out to make better deals . But when My funds are being held until a settlement is in place there's no more time to see how much they can save . They got well over 10,000 and we saw nothing . They say they will give us a small refund . We will see if that actually happens .
