Dishonest! Our companies sales rep disappeared for starters and would not return emails or calls. Several requests to speak with a manager to resolve but would end up routed back to Mike. We paid our contract in full only to find out Hibu would not let us have our website. We asked why and that’s where Mike said it’s on page 132, or something like that, in the contract. Then he said nobody reads it, no kidding. I asked for our initial recorded calls that we agreed to. Not anywhere in any initial sales intake were we informed that we were renting and not purchasing. SHADY INTENTIONALLY! Many calls with management later and we were robbed. We just got a much better deal from Godaddy and we get to keep our content. Considering we wrote it all anyway. We wrote it, paid for it but don’t get to keep it at Hibu. Do your research! This is the old way of website building business. Proprietary and dishonest...
