ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM…yell/ HibuABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM THIS COMPANY BY THE WAY THIS WAS FEW WEEKS AFTER RETURNING DUE TO COVID 19 After receiving a DEPT RECOVERY LETTER STATING I HAD TO PAY OVER £363 Because I had not paid my invoices due to COVID I was quite SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST AND IN THE MEAN TIME THEY HAD CLOSED ALL MY WEBSITE AND EMAILS IS I DID EVERYTHING THROUGH THEM NO EXPLICATION OR EMAIL OR EVEN A LETTER SO MUCH SO I COULDN'T GET ANY EMAILS OR CUSTOMERS LOOKING AT MY WEBSITE AND ITS BEEN WEEKS NOW CAN YOU IMAGINE MY DISTRESS AT SUCH A DIFFICULT TIME IT WAS A NIGHTMARE “at such a time when we are supposed to be in this together.SO I RANG EXPLAINED TO THE LADY BECAUSE OF COVID THE BUSINESS WAS STRUGGLING AS I DID NOT GET ANY HELP FROM GOVERNMENT SO PAYMENTS WHERE TAKING LONGER TO PAY BUT THEY WILL EVENTUALLY BE PAID IT IS GOING YO TAKE LONGER THAT WAS IN JUNE AND I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING TILL I RECEIVED THIS DEPT LETTER FROM A DEPT AGENCY I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE. WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME???????! TO RESOLVEWHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS1, WHY DID YOUR COMPANY NOT CONTACT ME SOONER2, WHY DID YOUR COMPANY CUT MY EMAILS AND WE SITE OFF WITH NO EXPLANATION.3, WHY DIDDNT YOU GIVE ANY TIME TO GET ME BACK ON MY FEET 4,WHY IN THIS UNCERTAIN TIME WITH A PANDEMIC YOU DID NOT SHOW ANY COMPASSION FOR SMALL BUSINESS LIKE MINE5, WHY DID YOU SEND A DEPT LETTER6, WHY IS THERE EXTRA CHARGES ON THE LETTER 7, WHY ARE YOU SUCH A NASTY UNCARING DESPICABLE COMPANY8.WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME STATING YOU ARE GOING TO CUT MY WEBSITE ME OFF9 WHY IN MY TIME OF NEED THERE WAS NO LOYALTY 10, I HAVE NEVER FELT SO ASHAMED TO RCIEVE SUCH A LETTER AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 YEARS YES 30 YEARSI AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED I AM SO GLAD YOU HAVE ENDED MY CONTRACT I WIL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN BELIEVE ME I AM GOING ELSE WHERE TO A MUCH NICER TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AGAIN WHEN FINALY CAN I JUST SAY THIS REVIEW IS A CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR BAD BUSINESS TO A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW HOW BAD YOU AREPLEASE PLEASE IF ANY COMPANIES ARE OUT THERE CONSIDERING USING HIBU DO NOT THEY ARE THE WORST DESPICABLE NASTY HORRIBLE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT WANT YOU TO FEEL THE WAY I DO.At a time when we are all in this together THERE ARE BIGGER COMPANIES THAT THINK THEY ARE ABOVE US ALL WELL THIS IS FOM ME @#%<=+*^$# NOW THATS WHAT I THINKPEOPLE SORRY TO RANT BUT I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND APPALLED OVER 30 years as a loyal customer I WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT COUNTED FOR SOMETHING (I GUESS NOT)NEVER AGAIN
