Dear Hibu, I can't tell you how much I've appreciated Brenna Ray and Jennifer Calhoun over the last couple of months. Brenna came to a dog training class with Marvin Pierce Dog Teaching, LLC, a few months ago, and we struck up a conversation about our business. She introduced us to Hibu and your offerings. We decided to give it a try; we needed marketing assistance, moving our business to the next level. Brenna was able to put our concerns to bed as they came up and give us high confidence in the product and process. Every turn, she has been there via phone, text, email, and in-person training (some times daily). Jennifer Calhoun, where to start my journey with Jennifer, began as a 4 hour (I think) phone conversation with Brenna in my dining room. We went over EVERY aspect of the website that was being built. From what I gathered, these conversations are usually around 2 hours, but we went over every detail in full and had fun doing it! Since this time, Jennifer has checked in with me several times, walking me through additional training and doing everything to optimize our website. Even today, we spent two hours training and working on how to better our page. The time and effort put in by both of these ladies have been above and beond my expectations, and I much appreciate all the time they take empowering me to be able to edit and update my site sometimes daily. If I were to have a disappointment, its that Jennifer won't be my permanent goto. I am in the business of making personal connections and like to live my life much the same way I have enjoyed every conversation and learned so much along the way.
