Matthew B. and Blake B. provided the best customer experience ever. I purchased a Virtuoso RGB headset in January 2026 for my job at home, and unfortunately, it fell and broke. I contacted Corsair, asking if they ship to my Country cuz I just wanted to buy a replacement, and to my surprise, Blake and Matthew offered me a replacement using my warranty instead! I just wanted to buy it lol I didn't know I could request a replacement; it's just awesome!
