Ordered a bath from B&Q/diy.com, but after a week I had heard nothing and it was past the delivery due date. I chased the supplier (Corso Bathrooms) who said they would check with the courier. This morning I received a message saying the courier had cracked the bath and a refund was being made but I could order the bath again. The bath is now no longer available on the website and as I never received a dispatch notice I'm wondering if my order was ever genuinely processed.
