I ordered a bath/shower mixer tap from B&Q, it was suppose to be fulfilled by Corso bathrooms.After nearly 6 weeks; the part never arrived and Corso tried to say the item arrived via Evri, this is in contradiction to the fact B&Q tracking said the item was suppose to arrive with DPD, and the tracking on DPD said the item was waiting to be handed over to them (meaning Corso never shipped it). After a week of trying to speak with them via the B&Q website messaging service, they finally gave me an evri tracking, but the tracking was for some black radiator vales and not my bath/shower mixer tap. I had to take multiple photos of the box (the same box shown on the evri proof of delivery) next to a coke can; along with the dimensions of the tap, to prove the item never arrived.After 6 to 7 weeks, I finally got a refund.Not an easy process when dealing with them.
