I would like to say a big thank you to a lady named Lily.Long story short, my package was accidentally delivered by DPD to this company instead of being shipped to the Netherlands, where it was originally meant to go. Lily kindly called me and left a voicemail. When I returned her call, she clearly explained what had happened and honestly reassured me that she would send it back to me. Within just two hours, I had received a tracking number from her.Although I was quite shocked by the situation (as the package contained a gift for my boyfriend), I was truly amazed by her kindness and integrity. They could easily have ignored the issue or disposed of the parcel, but Lily chose to do the right thing.She is a wonderful example that kind and honest people still exist in this world. So once again, a big shout-out to Lily - I really hope her manager is aware of what a valuable employee they have.
