I purchased two bathroom wall lights and had a professional fit them, only to find one hanging from the wall where the screw part had broken a few months later.We're renovating the house so I never got round to contacting Corston straight away, making it over a year since we’d bought them, but they were happy to send out a replacement within days. Unfortunately the colour of the metal had changed (lighter) so was different to the unbroken one, but again Emily said she would send out another one without any cost to myself. It was done within days and arrived safely. You couldn’t ask for better customer service in my opinion, and it give me confidence to shop with them in future.
