I wanted to thank you for the brilliant product and service I received both in the UK and Italy during a recent house build project in Italy. It's all been super slick. From processing a large order for delivery to Italy via head office (Brian Ennis) to organising smaller deliveries and the occasional return via the UK website it's all been incredibly quick and absolutely no trouble at all. This, in a wider context of lengthy lead times for most product and high delivery costs is even more remarkable. The product is excellent quality and well priced and I hope you will continue to develop further categories. I would also liked to have bought shower shelves, towel rails and loo roll holders as well.
