Corston went above and beyond to resolve an issue with some door handles they had supplied, which developed an unforeseen issue due to a design fault. Since we purchased the handles almost two years ago, they had become aware of the issue, and have redesigned them completely to ensure they function correctly and remain in place, without compromising the aesthetics. When I spoke to Lily to explain, without any argument at all she is replacing all of our handles with the new design, free of charge. That is what I call fabulous customer service, thank you, and how nice to be able to give praise where it’s due.
