I had an issue with a damaged module within one of my Corston toggle light switches that had been installed for approximately 2 years.I emailed in regarding the issue and received a nicely worded reply within a few hours offering to post out a replacement module free of charge. Albeit I had to split the switch to achieve the install, it was very simple and took all of 20 minutes to complete. A nice post sales experience in the end, that many companies really struggle to achieve.Thank you again Jess and Emily.
