Products are really nice, spent £7000 on switches and sockets on a re wire I am doing. The issue I have with Corston is trying to speak with anyone that can assist you with any technical queries. I Just wanted to clarify something with their dimming units (which are £50 a pop) I brought about 30 of them. 1st conversation I had, I was told the technical person was on holiday, and the 2nd time I called, which was today, 3 weeks later, someone was very apologetic and said that they would get someone from technical to ring me within an hour, that was four hours ago.So the after-care from Corston is pretty much non-existent. You wouldn’t get this service from Forbes and Lomax.
