A company that positions itself as the one who has the best customer service in reality is a company that has a constant staff turnover with managers who don’t know what is happening with your order. Have a chain of 100 emails just to place few orders, always putting wrong items and its number. Had to spend weeks to get the correct proforma. After sending the orders 2 times to the right address they somehow managed to put the wrong address for the third one (which is the old address of our design studio where we don’t work since 3 years). The packaging with a value of 1000€ was delivered to a random person of a random company, we had to go and search for that person and luckily our package was there. The company said they have no responsibility for the wrong delivery and that we had to check the delivery address (which is true but who could ever think that they would randomly put the wrong adress). Also receiving bad reviews of the mechanisms quality from our electricians. Not recommended and never returning to be their client.
