I ordered an SG1 black uniform Jacket on 6th January 2023 with a maximum delivery time of 4 weeks. When it didn't arrive I sent several emails with no response. On the 7th March I started the refund process through PayPal. That seemed to force their hand and it arrived a week later.I ordered the uniform patches through amazon, which arrived quicker than stated, and I then realised the velcro sections on the arms on the jacket are far too low. I've had to unpick the velcro sections and order a set of iron on patches.
