I'll start by saying I had my tummy tuck and breast reduction/uplift with Cosmedicare in June and I'm delighted with it.My journey started in February after speaking with a number of companies I came across Cosmedicare. After enquiring with them I received my phone consultation very quickly. I spoke directly with Will Anderson (who became my surgeon). This was really important to me as with some other companies the initial appointment is not with the surgeon but some form of triage person. I came off the phone knowing Will and Cosmedicare were by far the best people I had spoken to.My face to face was May (lockdown delayed). I'm absolutely amazed at the dedication of the Cosmedicare team who worked very hard and long hours to facilitate as many people as possible as, you can imagine the backlog after lockdown was huge. Despite this they all remained professional, welcoming, caring and genuinely interested.My face to face was amazing Will immediately put me at my ease, had details of our phone call and even remembered some general chit chat we had. Sometimes it's the little things that impress most.My appointment was a late evening one and yes Gill was still there to talk to me after about the practicalities, costs and what would be expected.I had a second consultation with Will as I had decided to have a bit more work done. Nothing was too much trouble, the appointment was booked quickly and my thoughts and concerns listened to and addressed.The team have been so patient with me as I continued to have questions all of which were snswered, Gill even spoke to me a couple of times on the phone after she had finished work on her way home.I did chase a couple of times for paperwork but I put that more down to my impatience and not really understanding workload the team had after lockdown. Not once was I met with anything but a professional approach.I had my surgery in June at King's Park Stirling, fantastic facility. What struck me was despite never having surgery before I was not in the least but nervous. This I put down to the trust I had built in the complete team. A Cosmedicare nurse was with me the whole time and as always Will was so kind, calm and reassuring.Recovery has been great no issues but still I sought reassurance which came quickly from the nursing team.I've now also had my post op check up, which was scheduled quickly once I requested it.Gill, Will and I discussed how everything had gone. I'm really happy with the outcome of this. It was an easy discussion where I was listened to and the couple of questions I had answered.It's the dedication of the team and the desire to make what can be a stressful time as easy and enjoyable as possible that impressed me. Yes I'd say I've enjoyed the experience and that is down to the whole Cosmedicare team. Thank you.
