Team is kind and welcoming. The practice is clean and the doctor was very professional.However, I felt uncomfortable with the way the pricing of the treatment was shared. A price is given verbally during the consultation and you have to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the next minute, with both doctor and nurse waiting. It was much more than I expected and the situation made me feel slightly pressured to proceed.When I paid, I requested an invoice and was told it was sent directly by email - it hasn’t been. I have chased them and haven’t received it yet. The price of the consultation was supposed to have been deducted but I don’t think it was.The pricing on their website is pretty misleading as well. An easy way to fix this would be to give patients a print out estimate and an invoice.
