I received the product in its original packaging, but the plastic covering on the control button wasn't evenly spread. However, the product looks brand new. I've used it for a week, and it works wonderfully. I opted for the red setting for a warmer sensation on my face. It does help lift facial skin, and I hope to see even more improvement.
