This service is a scam! The item that arrived looks nothing like the picture, and the quality is terrible. The material is thin and the stitching is awful. They don’t respond to emails, and their website claims a no returns policy, which seems questionable. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but it's too embarrassing to give. I'm out £35.
