My son ordered some clothes from this website. The pics looked cute, but when we finally received the order, none of the 4 items ordered where as advertised on their website: different colors, very low quality or fabrics or different fabrics. the blue jeans are actually very grey. sizes are on the lower side. The customer service we have received afterwards was a disgrace. They basically offered a 50 % refund on two random items and ignored the feedback. When I continued conversation they agreed on a partial refund of all items but then send me only a partial refund on a partial order. It is clear the company wants to earn a quick buck on a one-time sale and doesn't care about improving quality or customer satisfaction or loyalty.
