Babett Krueger - Owner of Main Street Salon and also a customer of Cosmoprof for 3 decades spending thousands at their company each year and this is how I’m treated. I’ve had it with this company. They sent me a box of lotion that I did not order. When I got it, my card was charged so I disputed the charge as it was not authorized by me. My card gave me a conditional credit. They still sent me a bill AND late charge for this claiming they paid my card and credited me as well. I have my card statement to prove I did not get credited by them. I called like 4 times, being on hold up to a 1/2 hour, and they say they will call me back and never do. They literally stole $240 from me and if they would take 5 minutes to look at my card statement they would see this!!!!!!! I’ve had it and most of my business will now go to salon centric.
